Add your catalogue, one record at a time.

Enter series, classes and books here. When you are ready, open Publish, download the data file and upload it to the server. Nothing you type is lost if you close this page — it is kept in this browser until you publish.

Step one

Upload a book, get a draft

Upload the printed book, the teacher guide and any curriculum mapping. The extractor reads them, then drafts the class overview, learning domains, year plan, terms and a sample lesson — grounded in what the files actually say. You review and approve before anything reaches the website.

Your files→Text extraction→ Structured draft→You review→Approved & published
The draft is never published on its own. It arrives as a draft record you edit and approve. If the source does not support a claim, the draft is told to say so rather than fill the gap — an empty field you can complete is safer than a confident invention.

Step one

Series

A series is a programme, e.g. Curious Minds or Expressions.

Your series

Step two

Class overviews

One record per class within a series. This is what opens the class page.

Your classes

Step three

Books & specifications

Enter a specification once; it feeds the website, quotations and the trade catalogue.

Your books

Step four

Publish to the website

How to publish. Press Download data.js, then upload that one file to your server, replacing js/data.js. Refresh the site and your new content is live. Nothing else needs to change and no other file is touched.

Everything you have entered

Clearing removes only the unpublished edits held in this browser. Anything already published in js/data.js on the server is untouched.

Governance

Every educational claim has a status.

Approved educational truth is never silently overwritten. A superseded record stays readable, so you can see what a school was told last year.

DraftEntered or extracted, editable, never public.
ReviewChecked against the approved source edition by an academic reviewer.
ApprovedMay render public pages and ground Jessi AI.
SupersededRetained for version history, not shown as current.
Records you add here save as drafts. Set a record to approved only once someone has checked it against the printed edition. A class with no approved record shows an honest "awaiting approved edition" page rather than invented outcomes.
