Jessi for parents

Know what your child is learning — and how to help.

Each class overview is translated into plain language: what the year covers, what good progress looks like, and what actually helps at home.

♡

How to help

Ask open questions. Read together. Let the child explain it back to you. Praise the effort and the attempt, not only the correct answer.

✕

What not to do

Don’t rush ahead of the class. Don’t compare with a sibling or a neighbour’s child. Don’t correct every attempt, and don’t turn home into another exam hall.

☀

What to expect

Progress is uneven and that is normal. Repetition, play and confidence usually matter more than speed — especially in the early years.

Guidance that knows the book

Not generic parenting advice.

What helps a UKG child is not what helps a Class 6 child. Parent guidance is generated from the same approved class record the teacher uses, then rewritten in plain language — so it matches the book your child actually brought home.
